GRHenn Consulting offers Business Acceleration and Project Management services that provide strategic and operational support for organizations that want to address their challenges head on and move quickly towards increased profitability and effectiveness. The company was launched in 2003 as an outgrowth of economic development work done by Gretchen Henn, principal and founder. After spending 20 years in corporate America honing her skills in sales, customer relations and IT management, in 2001 Gretchen re-directed her focus to business management consulting for smaller entities and since then has worked with both profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Gretchen Henn has over 25 years of experience in helping organizations leverage their human and technological resources to develop solutions for business problems in a variety of industries. She has demonstrated ability to quickly grasp essential facts of a situation, analyze requirements and move directly to problem resolution. An articulate communicator with strong listening skills, Gretchen uses a practical approach to implementation that greatly increases the odds of a successful outcome.
